TMMG faced several challenges, including a reliance on influencer sales that could fluctuate greatly, a need for stability and better use of influencers, and low email open rates and conversions. They needed help addressing these issues.
To solve TMMG’s issues, we implemented a two-pronged approach. First, we developed nine different email flows to capture users at various stages of the sales funnel, and segmented and tested different groups of users to improve email deliverability and open rates. Then, we helped TMMG renegotiate their deals with influencers to gain access to their social media handles. This allowed us to create a paid media strategy that leveraged the influence of the influencers to drive sales for TMMG’s brand.
