01. The Challenge
TMMG faced several challenges, including a reliance on influencer sales that could fluctuate greatly, a need for stability and better use of influencers, and low email open rates and conversions. They needed help addressing these issues.
02. The Solution
To solve TMMG’s issues, we implemented a two-pronged approach. First, we developed nine different email flows to capture users at various stages of the sales funnel, and segmented and tested different groups of users to improve email deliverability and open rates. Then, we helped TMMG renegotiate their deals with influencers to gain access to their social media handles. This allowed us to create a paid media strategy that leveraged the influence of the influencers to drive sales for TMMG’s brand.

03. The Result
As a result of our efforts, TMMG experienced an increase in daily sales and a steady, predictable cash flow, enabling them to hire more staff. They also achieved a 2.4X return on ad spend and a 50% reduction in cost per acquisition. In addition to the success of their ads and influencer strategy, their emails began to perform well, contributing 25% of revenue by the fourth month.
