01. The Challenge
S pa Bar sought our assistance in standing out in their local market, as they were facing several challenges. Firstly, there were multiple spas in the area that were ranking highly in search engine results, making it difficult for Spa Bar to attract attention. Additionally, their website was not effectively converting leads. We worked with Spa Bar to develop a strategy to address these issues and help them gain market share.
02. The Solution
We approached the challenges facing Spa Bar by first addressing the low-hanging fruit and then focusing on long-term solutions. To tackle the immediate needs, we created high-converting landing pages for the spa’s most in-demand and profitable services and directed traffic to these pages. Our team also developed a CRM system and a comprehensive follow-up process to maximize lead conversion. In addition, we created a re-activation system to keep past leads engaged and informed about the spa’s offerings and any new services that become available. For the long-term, we identified the need to improve the website, optimize it for search engine rankings, and increase visibility through news articles that linked back to the site. This goal was set for a six-month timeframe.

03. The Result
We are pleased to report that we were successful in achieving our goals with Spa Bar. The spa was able to rank on the first page of Google for important search terms, and we were able to use Facebook and Instagram to generate qualified leads. Our automated follow-up system also reduced the amount of time Natalia needed to spend manually following up on leads, freeing up more time for her to focus on providing excellent service to her clients and growing the business. Overall, we were able to help Spa Bar acquire 1,500 new qualified leads at a 278% lower cost per lead.
